Three Exercises for Sciatica

It is also important to fully exercise your piriformis muscles. These are the muscles that are located next to your sciatic nerve. It is obvious that these muscles can increase the pain you feel due to your sciatica if they are not properly stretched.

Whenever you are doing exercises to help stretch your muscles you need to make sure that you are properly doing them. When you perform your muscles stretching exercises in your key regions you will help to eliminate back, leg and buttocks pain.

Sciatica can cause many pain symptoms that culminate in your legs, buttocks and lower back.
